The new Kentholz retail store

We are opening a shop. Not another popup, not an area of shared space, but a proper Kentholz retail store!

Until now, over 90% of our customers have found us online but we know that there are still many people who prefer to get close and personal with our unique, hand-made terrazzo and our rare, exclusive oak tables, and an expanding product offer.

Set in the New West – as the property hotshots are calling the area which straddles the northern reaches of Schöneberg and Tiergarten Süd – we are settling in close to other people who like to do things which meet their own exacting standards.

Paul Smith’s classic tailoring, Fiona Bennett’s exquisite millinery, Acne Studios’ high-end Scandi fashion – they are all close neighbours, as are some of the most cutting-edge cooks in town. Oh Panama!, Irma La Douce and the Michelin-starred Kin Dee are all on hand to feed the Kiez. The local Turkish lads and the Zimt & Zucker Kaffeehaus are as good as matchless, too.

Add to that, there are countless inspirational art galleries on our new doorstep. Yes, in short, it’s an ideal place to be!

The added bonus is that the Kentholz range will now enjoy more room to evolve. We are now able to present at least half a dozen dining options, plus new shelving and examples of kitchen worktops which can be crafted to order. The plan is to show our oak and terrazzo samples as well as full-sized tables.

Come and visit us

At last, we are centrally-located and so much easier to find. The BVG (Bus and U-Bahn) serves us extremely well, and parking in Pohlstraße is as easy as anywhere in the heart of the city. Also, Hauptbahnhof is barely 15 minutes away, so we can easily welcome out-of-town customers.

Our standard opening times are from 11:00 to 19:00 on Tuesday to Saturday. We are often out and about visiting our architect partners as well as home-based customers, so it is usually best to make an appointment. You can organise this in just a few clicks.
